Assistant Wrangler Summer Camp 2014

2013 Assistant Wrangler Summer Camp was awesome!

Assistant Wrangler Summer Camp is offered every June and July exclusively to members of Equestrian Crew 250 the equestrian crew of the Mid-America Council.

Crew 250 members are invited to attend Camp Cedars each summer for learning, training, and fun. The majority of time will be spent with the same horses you have come to love at other Crew 250 events throughout the year. You will have a chance to go riding, take care of the horses, and learn what being a wrangler is all about. You will also have opportunities to participate in other areas of camp such as the swimming pool, climbing tower, and nature center just to name a few. Crew members will stay in new 2 person tents in the equestrian area. The number of participants is limited to 8 per week so get your registration in early. During the week participants will be supervised by experienced adult wranglers and Crew 250 Adult Leaders. The camp fee includes all costs for the week: food, activities, and a camp shirt.

Please go to the Links page for camp applications, required forms, waivers, maps, directions and schedules.
